Acupuncture (First visit)
90 min treatment - $215
To help you get the most out of your visit, you will begin with online intake forms prior to your first session. I will then evaluate and diagnose you through inquiry, observation, palpation, and elaboration on your health history at your appointment. Next, I will develop a treatment plan, discuss that with you, and move forward with your first acupuncture treatment.
If and when it fits the treatment principle, these sessions may include acupuncture, massage, cupping, moxibustion, heat therapy, light therapy, gua sha, acupressure, essential oil therapy, herbal liniments, dietary and lifestyle coaching, and more. We will also discuss any relevant herbal medicine remedies.
Acupuncture (Return visit)
60 min treatment - $130
For your return visit, unless there are any major health changes or needs, you can expect a shorter amount of time spent on intake and evaluation. I will ask you a few questions about updates since your last visit, make any adjustments needed, then move forward with your acupuncture treatment plan based on your Chinese medicine diagnosis.
If and when it fits the treatment principle, these sessions may include acupuncture, massage, cupping, moxibustion, heat therapy, light therapy, gua sha, acupressure, essential oil therapy, herbal liniments, dietary and lifestyle coaching, and more.
If you are taking any herbal medicines, we will also discuss how that is going and make any necessary changes to your formula.
Acupuncture (mini session)
30 min treatment - $75
For those with busy schedules who can’t make it to a full 60-minute treatment, I offer Acupuncture Mini Sessions. These include a very brief intake with a short, but effective, 30-minute treatment. Due to time, these treatments include acupuncture only and do not include any adjunctive treatments or modalities.
Microneedling
60 min treatment - $550
This cosmetic treatment utilizes micro-fine needles gently inserted into the skin using an electric pen to improve texture, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, reduce acne scars, improve acne, reverse hair loss and balding, increase the body’s natural collagen production, and improve overall complexion.
Your treatment begins with a facial cleansing, numbing cream application, and red or blue-light therapy. Then I will move forward with the microneedling procedure using herbs and vegan stem cells. For best results I recommend treatments once per month.
Acupuncture Facial*
60 min treatment - $155
An acupuncture treatment for those who want to focus on healthy, graceful aging. During your treatment, I will cleanse your skin, apply red or blue-light therapy, then continue with the acupuncture treatment. I will place many thin cosmetic acupuncture needles on your face and neck, and a few additional needles around the body to offer balance on a deeper level.
Your treatment will finish with the application of serums, oils, gua sha, and a facial massage.
